Terms and Conditions



Woshline is a platform that enables users (“you”, and “your”) to get your car cleaned in some locations in Greater London. The app and the service it provides (“Service”) to connect users like you to car valeters (as defined in section 2 below) is provided by Woshline Limited (“we”, “us” and “our”), company number 9930981 whose registered office is at 160 Kemp house, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) tell you how we provide and how you may use the Service. For information on how we use personal data we collect from you, please see our Privacy Policy.
If you want to use the Service, you need to either make a booking on our website or through our mobile application. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not make a booking. By making a booking you are expressing acceptance to the Terms. To use the Service, you must be 18 or older, and have the power to enter into a binding contract and be resident in the UK.



IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE: Woshline Limited provides an online platform covering web and mobile services, that connects car owners with car valeters– we do not provide car cleaning services, and we are not a car wash or car valeting company. It is up to the third party car valeters you engage via the Service (defined for the purpose of these Terms as the “car valeters”) to perform any services you order. We provide information and enable you to book those third party service, but we do not provide car cleaning services ourselves or act in any way as a car cleaning company. Therefore, Woshline has no control over the conduct of car valeters or any other user of this site and and disclaims all liability in this regard.



When you book an appointment, your payment instruction will be processed by our third party payment service provider Stripe whose terms of service and privacy policy will apply to that processing. The majority of your payment is for the benefit of the relevant car valeter, and we only take a small commission to cover the costs of payment processing, marketing, and site administration. The amount you will pay for your booking will comprise (a) the actual price of the car cleaning; (b) a fixed administration fee

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your booking –
A. You may cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before the appointment starts.
B. Cancelling your booking less than 3 hours before the appointment will not be possible.

In the unlikely event that your appointment has to be delayed or cancelled by us, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any consequential losses resulting from such delay or cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of bad weather, we will contact you as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any consequential losses resulting from such delay or cancellation.


Changes to terms

We may occasionally make changes to the Service, these Terms or our Privacy Policy. If we do, we’ll notify you. By continuing to use the Service after we notify you, you’re expressing acceptance of the changes.


Your Use of the Service

We (or our licensors) retain ownership of the Service and its associated intellectual property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service’s features solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights we do not grant to you specifically in these Terms are reserved by us.

You agree:

  1. that you will not use the Service for any illegal purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages or impairs the service provided by the Service; B. to comply with any terms of service that apply between you and the car valeters that cleans your car. C. to compensate and defend us fully against any claims or legal proceedings brought against us by any person as a result of your breach of these Terms; D. to keep your account information secure at all times and not to disclose your account information to any other person; and not to allow any other person to use or access your account.



Woshline may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, with and without cause, with or without prior notice and at any time: (a) terminate these terms or your access to our site (b) deactivate or cancel your Account or registration or similar uses of the Site.
Suspension, restriction or termination of your access to the Service will not limit our right to take any other legal action against you that may be appropriate. We may terminate these Terms and close your account any time without notice if we cease to provide the Service in your area. You may stop using the Service at any time.



Our car wash or valet service does not include cleaning water or liquid spill, cleaning vomit, getting rid of excess dog hair, removing stains or heavy mud.


Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our or your liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misstatement.

Whilst we will always strive to provide you with the best service. You agree not to hold Woshline or its affiliates, offices, directors, employees, agents or third party providers liable for any damage, suits, claims and controversies (collectively, “liabilities”) that have arisen or may arise relating to your use of our Site and services, including without any limitation any liabilities arising in connection with (a) any instruction, advice, act or service provided by Woshline or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or third party providers, (b) any destruction of your information, (c) failure of the car valeters to provide services to you, (d) any damage or harm to your car, personal property or belongings (e) any injuries or harm suffered by you or any third party, (f) any other conduct, actions or omission of car valeters, other users of the service or any other party. You agree that the limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You also expressly acknowledge and agree that Woshline has set its prices and entered into these Terms in reliance upon the limitations of liability specified herein, which allocate the risk between you and Woshline and form a basis of the bargain between the parties.

We will not be held responsible for any damage to your car arising from faulty or loose parts, ill fitting trim, loose doors or mirrors, faulty battery or any pre-existing problems.


Contents of your car

Please ensure you remove money and valuables in your car before the valet service starts. We cannot guarantee that members of the general public will not cause damage to your car and/or engage in criminal activity during valet service. We will not be held responsible if the content of your vehicle is lost or stolen.

Any items that resemble rubbish – tissue, empty bottles, empty food packets etc may be removed and we will not be responsible if the items have been disposed of.


Technical Limitations

We do our best to provide a service you’ll enjoy, but the Service is provided without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind, on an “as-is” basis.
You acknowledge and accept that your access to the Service is dependent on connectivity over communications networks and facilities that are outside of our operation and/or control and that your use of the Service may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of such networks and facilities.
Taking this into account, we give no warranty that your use of the Service will be uninterrupted or error free. We will use our reasonable endeavours to provide a good service, however, you acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind that you may suffer as a result of any interruption or delay to your access to the Service, or as a result of any failure or error in the transfer of data over those networks and facilities in connection with your use of the Service.

Third party services

The Service enables you to order car cleaning service that are provided by a third party car valeter. The terms applicable to use of that third party car valeter’s service will apply and we will not be responsible for anything that is done or not done by you or the car valeter in connection with your use of their service.
We do not endorse or take any responsibility for statements, advertisements or any content whatsoever transmitted through, or linked to from, the Service by other users or third party service providers (including car valeters).
We do take reasonable measures to verify the quality of the car valeter and professional training. We welcome your feedback and improvement suggestions you may have in relation to a particular car valeter.



Any disputes in connection with these Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you choose to bring proceedings in connection with these Terms you must do so in the courts of England and Wales.


Other Important Legal Terms

We can assign, sub-contract and/or otherwise transfer any or all of our rights and/or obligations under these Terms to any company, firm or person. We will only do this if it does not affect your rights under these Terms. Please note that you may terminate your agreement with us at any time. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else.
If you breach these Terms and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to enforce our rights and remedies against you in relation to that breach and to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the remainder of the Terms will continue to govern each of our respective obligations.
These Terms are not intended to give rights to anyone except you and us.
Except as otherwise expressly stated, these Terms contain the entire agreement between us and you relating to use of the Service and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, between us and you relating to use of the Service.

If you’re not 100% satisfied about anything, we’d like to hear about it, you can send your compliment or complaint by writing to us at We always do everything we can to make sure you receive the best possible service. Please note that you must email us within 48 hours of your appointment if you are not 100% satisfied with the service or valet quality, after 48 hours we will not be held responsible, as the valet quality could have been affected by other factors such as weather conditions, your car location, other people who may have had access to your car which are beyond our control.  However we always welcome customer feedback to help us improve the quality of the service.
